Core Responsibilities

Expected ownership areas and day-to-day execution scope.

Build and maintain PHP 8 controllers, view components, routing, and data pipelines.
Implement schema, sitemap, canonical, caching, and internal linking systems at scale.
Improve frontend quality using Tailwind and minimal JavaScript motion patterns.
Monitor performance and optimize rendering, caching, and asset delivery.
Contribute to QA, deployment readiness, and technical documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications

Capabilities required to perform the role at a high level.

Required Experience

4+ years in PHP development with production delivery experience.
Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
Experience with SEO-aware web architecture and page performance optimization.
Ability to work in modular codebases with clean, maintainable patterns.
Comfortable debugging across routing, templates, data models, and runtime behavior.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cPanel/Apache deployment environments.
