Core Responsibilities

Expected ownership areas and day-to-day execution scope.

  • Design quarterly growth plans aligned to revenue targets, acquisition efficiency goals, and market-specific constraints.
  • Lead discovery workshops and convert findings into channel priorities, offer architecture, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Define KPI trees and reporting logic used by account and delivery teams for weekly and monthly performance governance.
  • Review strategic quality of country and city-level plans before execution and maintain consistency across markets.
  • Collaborate with sales and account leads on proposal architecture, effort estimates, and scope defensibility.

Requirements and Qualifications

Capabilities required to perform the role at a high level.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years in growth strategy, digital planning, or integrated performance consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect media, SEO, CRM, and conversion architecture into one operating model.
  • Strong commercial thinking with confidence in budget strategy, CAC/LTV analysis, and prioritization logic.
  • Experience presenting strategic recommendations to founders, CMOs, or executive teams.
  • Excellent written communication for strategic documents, briefs, and decision memos.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience across at least two regions in cross-market campaign planning.
  • Background in agency consulting or growth advisory for multi-country brands.
  • Comfort with structured planning tools and BI reporting environments.
