Core Responsibilities

  • Create segmentation frameworks based on behavior, value tiers, and lifecycle stage.
  • Manage send strategy, frequency controls, and content planning for email and SMS.
  • Monitor deliverability health, suppression logic, and compliance requirements.
  • Report on revenue-per-send, repeat purchase behavior, and lifecycle conversion lift.

  • 4+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM operations, or retention-focused roles.
