Core Responsibilities

  • Design testing matrices for audiences, hooks, offers, and creative formats.
  • Manage budget pacing, kill-loss rules, scaling thresholds, and weekly reallocation decisions.
  • Coordinate with analytics for conversion event integrity, attribution checks, and reporting consistency.
  • Present weekly and monthly performance insights with clear action plans.

Required Experience

  • 4+ years managing paid media budgets in agency or growth teams.
